Weekly 1-2-1 sessions which are a safe and confidential space to share your thoughts, and talk through changes happening to you – with regular accountability check ins
Advice on lifestyle, mind, exercise and nutrition for optimal physical and mental health during your menopausal years.

As someone who struggled with my own menopause symptoms and having come out the other side as a more positive person, 
I have the lived experience and knowledge to help you with your own journey.

Menopause can feel like a very lonely time. I’d love to act as your support and your cheerleader. to support you
